IGNITE Childhood Obesity Research
NEW for 2018-2019, the Duke Center for Childhood Obesity Research (DCCOR) seeks to provide awards as part of their Interdisciplinary Grants for Novel and Innovative Teams to Engage in Childhood Obesity Research (IGNITE Childhood Obesity Research). Could your research relate to obesity in an out-of-the-box way? Obesity is a complex problem, and successful prevention and treatment strategies will engage diverse disciplines!
With this award, DCCOR aims to encourage innovative projects that foster interdisciplinary collaboration between their group and researchers from diverse disciplines, outside medicine.Up to 3 awards (for up to $50,000 total funding) will be available.
Proposals are due April 30, 2018 and funding can begin as early as July 1, 2018.
