Study abroad for both Pratt and Trinity is coordinated by the Global Education Office (formerly Office of Study Abroad), which reports to the Dean and Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education. The director of GEO also serves as Assistant Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education. The director is assisted by a staff of thirteen. GEO is responsible for all Duke summer study abroad programs and, to varying degrees, for the two main categories of study abroad programs during the academic year. In addition, it administers several domestic programs, such as Duke in New York Arts and Media, Duke in New York Financial Markets and Institutions, Duke in Los Angeles, Duke in DC and Duke in Silicon Valley.
