Union Faculty Self-Assessment Portal

Instructions for Union Faculty

Department chairs will notify union faculty members when an evaluation will occur, and will provide instructions and the self-assessment template (downloadable below). The submission deadline for self-assessment information is no later than March 1.

  1. Trinity College of Arts & Sciences union faculty members should prepare the following documentation:
    1. Completed self-assessment document.

      DOWNLOAD: Self-Assessment Template (Word) (No more than 3 pages)

      NOTE: Please make sure you change the name of the file so that it identifies the file as your scholarly activity report. (Example: firstlast-2018 Self Assessment).

    2. Syllabi for all classes taught since the appointment or last evaluation, and
    3. An updated CV
  1. Union faculty members should upload the above referenced files to the appropriate department/program, linked below. Follow the instructions on that page to upload your files. If you need any assistance, please email:
  2. If you need to revise your report, please upload the new file using the same process and notify your chair.

Guidance for Department/Program Chairs/Directors

  1. Follow the Non-Regular Rank Union Faculty Evaluation & Exit Interview Process for faculty evalutions of multi-year union faculty.
  2. The deadline for submission of self-assessment documents to the department chair is no later than March 1.
  3. Send each union faculty member instructions that include the deadline and Word Self-Assessment document. If you (Department/Program Chairs/Directors) would like to make changes to the current guided questions with the Word Self-Assessment document, please contact Tiffany Yarborough.
  4. Access your department/program's union faculty self-assessment documents.
